1 – Fill out an inquiry form

1 – Fill out an inquiry form	In order to make an initial contact and give the necessary information for the surgeon to review your case answer questionnaire and fill in an inquiry form. In addition, depending on the type of procedure you need some photos might also be required so as the surgeon would have better access to your case. 2 – Make reservations	When you decide to proceed please state the dates of your arrival. According to these dates we will arrange an appointment with the surgeon. We will also take care of accommodation, transportation and other services you may need. No payments related with your surgery have to be done before you see your doctor personally. 3 – Finalize details and prepare	Coming to Lithuania. You will be met at the airport and taken to your hotel or apartment. As soon as possible you will have the first face-to-face appointment with your surgeon during which you will discuss the final details of your procedure, do the preoperative testing and set the final cost.
4 – 2 weeks on diet	According to your your health tests results and BMI index the surgeon will arrange a low calorie diet according to which in a period of 2 weeks you will loose some weight before the surgery. This is not always necessary but always reccomended.
5 – Surgery and going home	2 weeks later after your first appointment with the surgeon either in Lithuania or Gothenburg, Sweden you will have to come to Lithuania for the surgery. Then regarding your personal preferences after you will recover we can arrange sightseeing tours around Lithuania, SPA tours or other. We can take care of you until you get the plane home.
